Before your treatment; Please notify the masseur of any health problems or concerns you may have. Also please inform the masseur if you have had any recent operations of any kind, or pregnant.

Walk-ins are also accepted subject to availability
Punctuality of booking times would be appreciated by management

Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel a booking 24 hrs notice is required or a booking fee may apply
If less than 24 hrs notice is given then a gift voucher will incur a loss of 50% of their time value
If a booking for a gift voucher is ignored (non attendance) then the voucher will become void
